Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of Fee Pay India Payment Gateway ("the Gateway") provided by Sri Edu Foundation, ("the Company"). By using the Gateway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the Gateway.

Services Provided:

• The Gateway allows merchants to accept payments from customers via various payment methods, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets.
• The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Gateway at any time without prior notice.

Merchant Responsibilities:

• Merchants must provide accurate and up-to-date information to the Company for the setup and maintenance of their Gateway account.
• Merchants are responsible for the security of their Gateway account credentials and must not share them with unauthorized parties.
• Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data protection and consumer rights.

Transaction Processing:

• The Company processes transactions on behalf of merchants in a secure manner using industry-standard encryption protocols.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or suspend transactions that it deems suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
• Merchants are responsible for fulfilling orders and providing goods or services to customers in a timely manner.

Fees and Charges:

• Merchants agree to pay the Company fees as outlined in the fee schedule provided by the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to change its fee schedule with prior notice to merchants.
• Merchants are responsible for any chargeback fees incurred as a result of customer disputes.

Refunds and Returns:

• Merchants are responsible for handling refunds and returns in accordance with their own refund policy and applicable laws.
• The Company is not liable for any disputes arising from refunds or returns between merchants and their customers.

Termination:

• The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a merchant's access to the Gateway at any time for any reason, with or without prior notice.
• Merchants may terminate their Gateway account by providing written notice to the Company.

Amendments:

• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by providing notice to merchants.
• Continued use of the Gateway after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
• Merchants are responsible for any chargeback fees incurred as a result of customer disputes.
